Welcome to the Kaspar Die
and Tool Inc. Kaspar Die & Tool
offers extensive services for production die design and machining. Our
die shop can produce dies for cutting, forming and bending a variety of
materials including leather and textiles, sheetmetal, aluminum,
stainless steel and brass.
Kaspar Die & Tool, Inc. was founded in
1968, to meet the increasing needs of our parent company, Kaspar Wire
Works, Inc., for sheetmetal stamping and forming dies. Currently
occupying 13,500 square feet, Kaspar Die & Tool began its growth with
the purchase of the first Sinker EDM, in 1972, a traveling Wire EDM, in
1984, and CAD/CAM software in 1988. These additions allow us to provide
the latest innovations in the Tool and Die Industry. New CAD/CAM
software, and a CMM in 1998, assure the high quality of our dies. These
capabilities enable reverse
engineering on parts or die sections when no prints are available.
With punch press capabilities up to 400 tons, coil feeding equipment and
other presses up to 600 tons, we are able to test any die we build. If
needed, we can also run the dies in production for you.
