Kaspar Custom Fab offers extensive die
and tool services for
production die design and machining. Our die shop can produce dies for
cutting, forming and bending a variety of materials including leather and
textiles, sheet metal, aluminum, stainless steel and brass. |

Progressive Die Capabilities |

Our punch press capabilities up to 400 tons,
other presses up to 600 tons and coil feeding equipment are able to test any
die we build. We have the ability to perform heat treatments with the
capacity up to 2200 degrees. |

CNC Capabilities |

Kaspar Custom Fab has the
capability to manufacture all types of machined parts. With our CNC lathes,
grinders, and mills, we specialize in
milling, drilling, boring, and tapping
operations. |

The Fadal VMC-6030 Machining Center is equipped
with Fadal 88HS CNC Control, 4 axis, high torque, rigid tapping, a 21
station tool changer and high speed control. With a table size of 60"
x 30" and a table load of 2000 lbs., we have the ability to machine
large products. |

|
The Haas SL-40L Long-Bed, provides a maximum
cutting length of 80", maximum cutting diameter of 25.5", with 7" thru hole.
This CNC lathe features a 18" chuck and an A2-8 spindle nose that provides
bar capacity of 4.0". This lathe has a 1,400 ft-lb of spindle torque
for heavy cutting, and speeds to 2,400 rpm for finish work and high surface feedrates. |

Tool Design Capabilities |

Our CAD/CAM department designs dies and programs
parts for our CNC mills and wire EDM's using AnvilExpress® CAD/CAM Software.
We accept electronic part prints but request dxf format. |

EDM Capabilities |
|
|
|
Our flush type EDM machine (shown on the right)
allows us to EDM hole cutouts or end configuration on parts too large for
the submerged type EDM's. Below are some examples of cut outs from EDM

Clicker Die Capabilities |
|
|

Our Die and Tool department can supply clicker
dies from 3/4" high on up. We manufacture dies for leather and textile
products including: Saddle parts, Belts, Billfolds, Hats, Boot and
Shoe Parts, Holsters, Gloves and Leather Buckles. We also fabricate
mallet dies.. |
